Mohasagor Host owns all editorial content and graphics on this website. We provide web hosting and related internet services to customers across Bangladesh and beyond. All customers are required to read and comply with the following Terms of Service before using any of our services.
This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "TOS") establishes the terms and conditions under which Mohasagor Host's Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") will be delivered to you upon registration. By registering or using any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
This TOS clearly defines what is and is not permitted while using our Services. Mohasagor Host reserves the right to update or modify this TOS at any time, with the latest version always available at www.mohasagorhost.com. No verbal or written statement by any Mohasagor Host employee, nor any other content on our website, shall override this TOS.
By registering for and using any Mohasagor Host Service, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein. Customers who resell or represent our Services remain responsible for their clients' compliance. Mohasagor Host only recognizes and communicates with the registered paying customer, not their end-clients. Violation of this TOS may result in suspension or termination of services.
Mohasagor Host delivers services through an automated system. Upon successful payment, your account credentials and service details will be sent to your registered email address. In rare cases where automation encounters an issue, service delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you experience delays beyond this period, please contact us at support@mohasagorhost.com.
Your account will be activated after payment is received and the order has been reviewed for fraud by our team and/or payment partners. You must provide an active email address that is not hosted under the domain(s) you are registering. This email will be used for all official communications, including billing and abuse notices — please keep it current at all times.
If you register a domain through Mohasagor Host, you must ensure that your domain contact information is accurate and up to date. Mohasagor Host is not responsible for domain lapses caused by outdated contact details.
Within 3 business days of creating your account, you may be required to submit government-issued identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving License) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Failure to provide this documentation when requested may result in your order being flagged and rejected. Mohasagor Host reserves the right to verify identity for any service at any time.
Our technical team will make every reasonable effort to assist with migrating your existing hosting data to Mohasagor Host. However, migrations are provided as a best-effort service. We do not guarantee successful transfer of all data, as different hosting environments use varying configurations and proprietary formats that may not be fully compatible.
Migration assistance is available for a period of 3 days after account activation. After this window, migration support may be subject to additional charges.
All Mohasagor Host services are prepaid. Applicable taxes and government levies (including VAT) will be applied as required by Bangladesh law. Payment methods currently accepted include bKash, bank transfer, and walk-in payments at our operations office. Online payments may be subject to a payment gateway processing fee, which will be reflected at checkout in your client area.
Renewal notices are sent multiple times via email, beginning 30 days before the renewal date. Failure to renew on time will result in the following actions:

To cancel any active service, you must submit a written cancellation request via your client area or send an email to support@mohasagorhost.com. Cancellations will be processed once the request is received and verified.
Our hosting plans are designed to accommodate typical usage scenarios. If your account requires additional resources — such as increased storage or bandwidth — Mohasagor Host will never automatically charge your card. Instead, we will notify you via email when you approach or exceed your allocated limits.
If usage is not addressed after notification and limits are exceeded, the account may be suspended until a plan upgrade is completed.
If Mohasagor Host fails to deliver any paid service, a prorated refund will be issued accordingly.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to a policy violation, no refund will be provided.
Upon cancellation, your account will be suspended immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days. Accounts suspended for any other reason that remain inactive for more than 10 days will also be deleted.
If a customer holds multiple accounts with Mohasagor Host and one or more accounts have overdue payments, Mohasagor Host reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts until outstanding balances are settled.
Please note: Refunds are only applicable for the initial purchase of a service. Second-time purchases of the same product are non-refundable.
All Mohasagor Host services must be used for lawful purposes only. Content or data that violates any applicable laws of the Government of Bangladesh — including copyright law, trade secrets, defamation law, or regulations relating to national security — is strictly prohibited.
Mohasagor Host believes in free expression but will not tolerate content that:

Mohasagor Host shared hosting accounts are intended strictly for hosting websites — not for use as remote file storage or backup repositories. Storing large volumes of files, databases, or media unrelated to a running website is considered a violation of this TOS and may result in immediate suspension. VPS and Dedicated Server plans do not have this restriction.
Any account where more than 70% of total disk space is used for non-website file storage will be flagged and reviewed.
Any website found to be hosting, linking to, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors will be terminated immediately and without notice. Mohasagor Host will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in all such cases.
Email marketing is only permitted if your mailing list is fully opt-in — meaning every recipient has explicitly requested to receive communications from you. Sending emails to individuals who have not consented is grounds for suspension and termination.

Purchasing third-party email lists and mailing from a Mohasagor Host account is strictly forbidden.
Mohasagor Host maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) and Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), commonly known as spam.

Any Mohasagor Host customer found to be sending spam will have their account suspended upon confirmation of abuse. Spam activity strains server resources and risks blacklisting of the entire server, affecting all customers.
Mohasagor Host allows the use of PHP, CGI, and other executable scripts on hosting accounts. Because scripts consume significantly more server resources than static HTML, the following rules apply:

Accounts on shared hosting must coexist responsibly with other users. Mohasagor Host enforces the following resource limits on shared hosting:

Mohasagor Host servers must not be used to send, store, or distribute any content that violates applicable laws — including but not limited to copyrighted works, trademarked materials, pirated software, hacker tools, or any content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates export regulations.
The following are not permitted on any Mohasagor Host account:
Running any of the above will result in immediate suspension and a penalty fine of no less than BDT 5,000 and no more than BDT 10,000, depending on severity. Mohasagor Host reserves the right to terminate such accounts.
Distribution of software or multimedia content is not permitted on standard hosting accounts. For special arrangements, please contact our sales team at support@mohasagorhost.com.
Mohasagor Host makes no guarantees about the services, content, or products offered by our customers on their hosted websites. We will not be held responsible for disputes arising from customer-operated websites. Mohasagor Host shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or the websites hosted on our network.
All IP addresses assigned to customers remain the property of Mohasagor Host. We reserve the right to reassign or reclaim any IP address at our discretion.
Unauthorized attempts to access, probe, or exploit Mohasagor Host's network or systems are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Violations include but are not limited to:
Mohasagor Host will investigate all suspected violations, which may include cooperation with law enforcement. Each hosting plan is exclusive to a single domain and use case; purchasing multiple plans to aggregate resources is considered fraudulent and will be terminated.
Any attempt to damage, exploit, or disrupt a Mohasagor Host server or another customer's account is strictly prohibited. This includes:
All activity originating from your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or a third party.
All hosting plans include a monthly traffic allowance covering both incoming and outgoing data transfer. For shared hosting plans, if your account exceeds the allotted bandwidth, it will be suspended. Warning notifications will be sent to your registered email before suspension occurs.
For VPS and Dedicated Server plans offering shared bandwidth ports, Mohasagor Host does not guarantee a minimum bandwidth speed (international or local IX). Dedicated bandwidth ports are available as a paid add-on — contact us for pricing.
Mohasagor Host strives to provide 24/7 service availability. However, the following may cause temporary interruptions:
Mohasagor Host is not liable for downtime caused by customer actions. The 99.9% uptime commitment applies to network infrastructure and does not extend to shared hosting accounts.
The customer is responsible for all activity originating from their account unless proven to be the result of external hacking. Protecting your login credentials is your responsibility.
Using Mohasagor Host services requires a basic understanding of the technologies involved. This includes knowledge of HTML, FTP, CGI/PHP scripting, email configuration, and similar tools relevant to your hosting use case. Mohasagor Host is not obligated to provide training or support for skills unrelated to the functioning of our servers.
Mohasagor Host implements backup practices to help maintain system integrity. However, we do not accept liability for data loss under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that all customers maintain their own local backups of critical data.
A complimentary remote backup is available for shared hosting accounts with less than 50 GB of data. This is a best-effort service with no consistency or recovery guarantee, and is intended only as a fallback in case of server failure.
VPS and Dedicated Server customers: No backup is maintained on Mohasagor Host's end by default. You are solely responsible for designing and implementing your own backup solution. Third-party backup solutions can be arranged upon request at additional cost.
Failure to comply with any of the above policies may result in account suspension or termination. Mohasagor Host is the sole arbiter of what constitutes a violation.
If a potential violation is identified, Mohasagor Host may restrict account access during the investigation period. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
No refunds will be issued for downtime or service interruptions resulting from AUP violations.
All customers agree to indemnify and hold Mohasagor Host harmless from any claims arising from their or any third party's use of our services.
Mohasagor Host operates an affiliate program that allows registered partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to our services. By participating in this program, you agree to all terms outlined in this section in addition to the general TOS.
You will earn a commission for every qualifying sale generated through your unique affiliate link. Commission rates are communicated in your affiliate dashboard and may vary by service type. Commissions are earned on a lifetime basis — as long as the referred customer remains active, you continue to earn.
The minimum withdrawal threshold is BDT 500 (or the equivalent). Balances below this amount will accumulate until the threshold is met.
The following activities will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions:
Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their relationship with Mohasagor Host on all platforms where they promote our services. This disclosure must be visible and comply with applicable advertising standards.
Commissions may be withheld or reversed if:
Mohasagor Host reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Mohasagor Host may terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.

Mohasagor Host reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this TOS at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of this agreement will always be published at www.mohasagorhost.com/terms. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Mohasagor Host reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — repeated policy violations, abusive behavior toward staff, spam activity, or account security concerns. In such cases, a copy of account data may be provided as a courtesy.
If a server becomes unstable and an account is identified as the cause, that account may be suspended immediately to protect all other users on the server. In such situations, we will advise the customer to consider a VPS or Dedicated Server upgrade.
